EatDenver's Harvest Week. With a very different format from that of 2010's week-long celebration of fresh Colorado food, 2011's vintage consists of a handful of dinners at Denver's GrowHaus (an indoor farm in North Denver), hosted by Denver's best restaurants and chefs.
For the next three nights, you can enjoy custom menus consisting of course after course of delicious Denver Dishes. Though Thursday night's 'Bison' dinner is sold out, tickets are still available for Tuesday and Wednesday. The menus are as follows, but grab a napkin first to keep from drooling all over your computer:

Hard to go wrong with these offerings, and at that EatDenver only suggests a donation of $50 for the dinner! They also mix it up and ask that you bring your own plate, silverware, and wine glass for the evening. After all, flatware doesn't grow on trees.
